Ok look. I just found it and I know I have to run .exe file to play, but can't i use srb2 netlauncher and add the SRB2JTE.wad to play also?

No, SRB2JTE.wad only contains some sprite and level data, if you just add that WAD then all you'll get is SA City and some useless sprites.

Oh, thankyou so much and I have 1 more question. I've read somewhere that SRB2JTE had metalsonic and shadow in it and you can become super shadow and super metalsonic. Is that true?

yes... but only in the Srb2JTE exe, in the normal srb2 exe, you cant
