I'm planning to make a mod for SRB2 once the netcode is stable which will most likely happen in 2.1.9. I haven't started on SRB2HE's development yet. It's going to be a SRB2 source code modification for hanging out. I plan to hard-code a new hangout area and a character. I will also hard-code in some lua. It will also have cool new bots in a later update. Also, there will be a new masterserver for this mod in a later update. Yep. The masterserver code will be improved in a later update. The new hard-coded lua will add in new abilities mainly. This mod will also be useful for co-op. I came up with this source code modification idea on 7/17/2014.

Hey but can you even mess with source code because without knowing how to mess with source code you don't will make this mod :P
 
You clearly don't know the meaning of the word "hardcode".

Aside from that, if you want to present your project, do some actual work on it first.
