Is that the Doombuilder config file? If so, you should be able to find it on the main website under the Editing section.

If you use srb2doombuilder, it comes with the necessary config already.

I don't understand why you need to find it. I've ran SRB2DoomBuilder fine ever since I started level editing without ever needing to find it.

Also, Wiki has no tutorial for level editing as of yet. Just a guideline for making a good one.

Link to the old DoomBuilder Tutorial.

Thats the only DoomBuilder tutorial for SRB2 that I know of. Problem is, its for the old DoomBuilder, not SRB2DoomBuilder. It helped me start, regardless of this fact.
