I'm wondering if you can use WINE to run SRB2DB on Ubuntu. I've already tried it, but it doesn't seem to want to open. Any help?

There really is no difference between them, SRB2DB just has a smaller amount of users and a few small changes.

If you install the original Doom Builder, the runtimes it installs are the ones that SRB2DB needs.

It's Linux for people who like blindly having their favourite distro as what everyone else seems to like for some reason. At least they're smart enough to use something other than Windows... right?

Actually, now that you bring this idea up, I should probably start using Linux again (let's see all these fancy new distros and releases of ones I actually like) and work on my levels that will never be complete simultaneously...

Preachy cheapskates? Please don't tell me you actually PAY for Windows separately... do you? :( lol

No, it's an operating system for people who are fed up of Windows being a hog, but it's also an OS for those that don't do much gaming.
