SRB2DB Loading Script crash

When I enter SRB2DB and try to load up the MAINCFG or 'script' the builder crashes with this message:

I've tried re-downloading SRB2DB too, and that did not work.
And I've never seemed to have this problem back on Windows Xp. >_>

Open XWE or SlumPed and stick it in that. The script editor in DB does not work.

And PLEASE stop using webs. Photobucket/Tinypic/Imageshack exists for a reason.

Well I got to the part where I would run the command line. (In command prompt I'm assuming) in Windows gave me this...

The module "cmcs21.ocx" was loaded
 but the call to DLLRegister failed with error code 0x80020009

Well, I had the problem too, and I had no errors. Just use SlumpED or XWE and call it a day?

It was so easy to make level headers using SRB2DB. I wouldn't want to go through the hassle just to use a text editor and import it into a wad using XWE. But if there are no other solutions then it looks like I'm gonna have to start getting used to making level headers on notePad. :<

Vista or 7? If so, you need to run the command prompt with administrative privileges (even if you're already logged in as an admin). Right-click, "Run as Administrator" (or something).

It worked! I can't believe I didn't see that.
