SRB2DB "cmcs21.ocx" help

alright, my question. When trying the edit the level headers directly in SRB2DB, I get this error.

How would I fix this?

You must be missing that file, or have it in the wrong place. Find or download that file, and move it into your DB folder.

But I don't know what file is in the first place.
I'll just search my harddrive.

I would be happy if this topic now means I won't have to answer this question again, but I doubt that. I think this is my punishment for screwing up the installer.
