The editor was running well until today. When I try to enter 3D mode, it goes to “Building Structures” and remains there, so I can do nothing except close the program. I looked it up and apparently someone had the same problem, but no solution was proposed. Apparently, the next version of DB fixed it, which is unfortunately untrue for SRB2DB.
I am using Vista 64-bit and have the lastest configuration file and the latest SRB2DB.
EDIT: After messing around with vital components of SRB2DB and spending over an hour trying to fix it, I finally found the problem. Apprently, copying and pasting rendered a linedef with no front or back side. Odd.
And you know, it’s weird. I always seem to figure out the problem myself soon after I post for help, despite how long I spent trying to figure it out before that time. I guess the universe just has a cruel sense of humor…
