SRB2 V.2 Help

I am needing help updating my SRB2 to version 2.
I am having trouble doing it and I am now confused so help by someone who actually did update theirs would be excellent!

I'm needing to know if there is any specific things I need to download to make it update and what files I need to download (Like do I need to download the Torrent, then the mirror 2 and so on)

Steps on updating to version 2 would be great

You only need to click the torrent or one of the mirrors. The mirrors are in case you don’t have a torrent-managing program or if the torrent download is down.

From there, the process should be fairly clear. I think the mod comes in either a zip file or an install exe (I forget what exactly it was). Unzip the zip somewhere or run the exe, depending on which you get.
