umm.. I need SRB2 v.1.09.2, but i cannot find it. can some one please help?

No, you don't need 1.09.2. Any of the mods for it sucked, and the only reason you'd need it is so you can be a cheater.

Is there even a 1.09.2 download anymore?

The only thing 1.09.2 has that 1.09.3 don't is the ability to cheat and get some god options. Also Hyper requires a bit more skill to get in 1.09.4, but he's definetly not 1.09.2 only.
