Does anyone know if the source of SRB2 is fully complete with its libs?
With which program should be used to compile?


Excuse my ignorance, but I do not know this source well and I try to compile years but I could not achieve.

I recommend that you use MinGW to compile SRB2 since it is the most supported compiler for SRB2, but what method you use to compile is your choice. Read the following page on the wiki: http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Source_code_compiling

You will also need GitHub which you can google on the Internet.
