SRB2 NeoCities Website?

So I found this website: (It says official but its not lol)

and it says official, albeit not, some sites don't exist yet here and the website isnt srb2.org

(and incase u wanted to know how i found it, well i was looking for a deb package for srb2 2.1 so i can play it, and found this (and no i cant compile))

thoughts on this? does anyone know who made it? tell ur thoughts

Come on.

It only took a few seconds of looking around to notice it was made by greenknight9000, and that the page seems to use a school project as template.

My assumption is that it was to try and design a different layout for the SRB2 homepage, so they copied the entire source code of the page for such goal.
