you're not seeing things, an actual srb2 midi pack! obviously this soundtrack replacement will replace the MIDI OST with new ones. some remixed ones from SRB2 and some with completely original music!

would highly recommend using FluidSynth with RLNDGM.sf2 (GM_Roland.sf2) or an SC-55 soundfont (or probably the native option)
