[SRB2 Kart 1.3] How to add mods to a Dedicated Server?

So I learned how to host a dedicated server back in 1.2, and I was thinking about adding my character mod, Infinite (which got rejected here, but it's up on GameBanana of you want it) to my dedicated server on 1.3. How would I go about doing that?

Launch srb2kart with the -dedicated and -file (file name here) parameters.
