no. ships are fanmade. the OVA is official. stealth helped work on srb2. he also helped develop Sonic Mania. meaning SRB2 is semi-official (that part was a joke).

SRB2 is entirely unofficial. Stealth's involvement doesn't make SRB2 any more or less official, it's still not endorsed and advertised by SEGA.
