I don't get it, I thought TCRF is for content that is unused, scrapped or cut from the game, the page linked in the OP has stuff that shouldn't be there, like that SRB2 2.2 section.

SRB2 doesn’t need a TRCF page. It’s content is constantly changing and most of the information there is highly inaccurate
