SRB2 Doom Builder's 2.0 issues

I'm sure many of you have noticed that SRB2 Doom Builder has odd issues associated with working with the 2.0 srb2.srb file as the IWAD. Here are some of the problems I am aware of:

1. SRB2DB defaults to the CFG for 1.09.4. It can be really annoying if you forget to pull down the checkbox when you're loading a WAD.
2. SRB2DB sometimes defaults to textures that do not in fact exist in the new version.
3. NiGHTS Axis Transfer Lines are not outlined properly in Things Mode.

Can anyone think of any others?
 
1. This can be resolved by deleting your old configuration file. The program always chooses what's first in alphabetical order, so a simple renaming would also fix this.
2. That's because the program doesn't automatically set new textures for you. What your default texture was in 1.09.4 is what it will be in 2.0, unless you change it.

These aren't "2.0 issues" as much as it's your own fault.
We already have a topic about this program, so I don't see why you made this its own topic.
