SRB2 Doom Builder Help

OK I was going to make a level but the problem is when I need to configure 2.0 srb2.srb it says it is v1.09.4a's srb2.srb.Please help me.You see I went to http://homepages.inf.d.ac.uk/s0569864/ where people always get it and I downloaded Build 27.

Do you have both the correct config and the correct IWAD specified?
