SRB2 Doom Builder and Vista

Yes, you've heard enough about SRB2DB and compatibility with Vista.

I've followed every step on this website linked on the SRB2 Doom Builder topic:

However, no avail. I even registered the included dll.

What should I do ? I don't really care for SRB2DB anyway. I was going to switch to Workbench until I found that the password for it is no longer in #srb2fun's topic...

Well, back then when I used DB, I closed explorer.exe and it ran fine as a breeeze. So try that.

I tried that. I closed explorer.exe and ran it again while having SRB2DB open. Also, what is it that you use now, if not SRB2DB ?

Regular Doom Builder would be no different and would have the same error I keep getting with SRB2DB: "Error 5 - Invalid procedure call or argument".

Keep explorer.exe closed while you're using the program and then restart it when you finish with what you're doing.

Oh, I see. Thats an issue though since I have mIRC open while I map. I wouldn't be able to awnser back to the queries I recieve. Either way, I managed to get an alternative.

BTW, this is why my PC sucks. 2 SRB2 related problems so far today.

You can use alt+tab to navigate windows without explorer.exe up.
