Sounds like something is preventing the game from reaching that ip address, Like Anti virus or Firewall or something...

...and where did you get that conclusion from exactly?

Ya know, IP address, sending ... etc, I'm no expert but that's how it looks like.

Socket operation on nonsocket.
An operation was attempted on something that is not a socket. Either the socket handle parameter did not reference a valid socket, or for select, a member of an fd_set was not valid.

hmm, I think something other (like an Anti-Virus) closed the network socket handle while SRB2 was using it
