srb2 controllers

I have a sega genesis controller and i can connect it to the computer but it doesn't work. do they work at all for srb2?, if so then how do i configure it?

Are you sure you have the right adapter for it? And do you have the drivers installed? Is the gamepad recognized by Windows? SRB2 uses DirectInput, the portion of DirectX that does hardware-accelerated joystick/gamepad input in Windows. If Control Panel > Game Controllers does not list your gamepad, check your cable and drivers. If Windows does not see it, neither will SRB2.
