Srb2 Coloration problem

I want to play the game in software mode; not hardware mode. So I figured, sure why not let's play the game! To which I'm immediately greeted by discoloration, and it appears to only happen when I play in full screen. For those curious, here are my actual specifications for my computer laid out right here;
