It depends on what you are trying to do. If you are making a new enemy the A and B corresponds to the frame number. This link can explain the details -> http://wiki.srb2.org/wiki/Enemy_Creation_Guide
If you are making a character the A and B still correspond to a frame number, but you don't have to worry about what they correspond to, unless you are making a soc for the character to do something different. The numbers at the end correspond to the angle in both cases. You can look at the character wad link to see what angle the numbers mean.
