So I'm Working To Remake My Redhot Sonic Mod But I Can't Seem To Find Out How To Edit The Sprites. Can Someone Tell Me The Best Software To Edit SRB2 Sprites? Or At Least Tell Me What Software You Use?

Well you right click the files the choose graphics>export to png and then open it/them in paint
