Sprite creation

Does anyone know any good sprite creation programs and how to use them?

Pencil, paper, and scanner.

Take the pencil, and press it against the paper. Move the pencil around to make markings. Scanning can vary depending on the individual scanner.

Of course, there's also MS Paint, which you can find a tutorial for using Google.

I never knew there was a tutorial for MS Paint...

Couldn't you just use the Help option in Paint?

I guess. I'm still getting used to paint...using the zoom feature to make 70x70 sprites 1 press of the mouse at a time. Anyway google, "how to make sprites in MS paint" or whatever you want. Praise google! *shot*

It's pretty straight forward if you ask me, but I don't feel like explaining. *runs*
