SPMoves is an old 1.08 mod. It is not compatible with 1.09.4. The closest thing you can get to SPMoves is SRB2JTE.

Is teh JTE topic.

Do not use SRB2JTE in software mode. Only OpenGL.

And type in GR_FOG 1 when the game starts in OpenGL. It looks like crap, but it makes everything visible.
