Use DoomBuilder. Search on the bar on the top untill you see a merge WADs or something like that. If DoomBuilder doesn't have it, maybe XWE does.

Speedylizzard14, that level has a big problem.
It has all seven chaos emeralds (wads like these are known as emerald starts)
Never put all the chaos emeralds in a match level. NEVER!!!

DoombuilBuilder does have it, i've used it before to do that (when i barely knew how to make wads and didn't have srb2 DoomBuilder).

So, what is this wad about exactly?

Quick edit: Blimey, you've returned :P

On topic: Apparently, it sounds like a mod. But it doesn't sound as promising though at the moment when looking at the other comments. Now my review.

Ok Speedy, you need to do some serious learning for level editing. Speed City was not a good stage at all. The outside texture didn't suit, the water pools instantly kill you, definetely not good.

All item boxes huddled up in one space, not good. Also 7 emeralds in the same stage is not good since all the players will get them, and be Super Sonic (or whatever super character) in match batles which fails the subject of playing fair.

The water is also just a normal floor, not a water sector. Read the srb2wiki properly, and try again. 1/10

I have trouble with water FOF's

Oh, and thanks for the tips!!

I will update this soon..

You need to learn a lot of wadding techniques before you start your level pack. It can help you put useful gimmicks, something that is essential to good level design.

Perhaps you should make a few real levels before even thinking about a mod. If you don't know how to even make water FOFs then you seriously should not be thinking about a mod at all.

Hope that helps you with water FOFs.

Yes, QFT. I can start thinking about a mod, but I have to be careful and not too overconfident. I could make a NiGHTS one, as I have knowledge of the system that even Digiku does not know: manual NiGHTS object placement. Dark Warrior almost completed my knowledge of the NiGHTS system by putting info on Trigger Linedef Executor - NiGHTS Mare. All I need to know now is how to set pitch angles with NiGHTS Bumpers manually.

Going quickly back on topic, I say that before you design a level, read Level Design 101. It will help. And study other maps to see what they did right and what they did wrong.

I don't know what could make it so big, unless its the SA1 music. Its a very small, imcomplete town, with all emeralds in one place, and fake water floors that are actually death pits.

Best advice ever
. Follow it; don't start a level modification so soon! There's plenty of time to do that. Just take the time to learn how to make levels the best you can before attempting one, first.

Use the flags, 1-16. Yay! Now your knowledge is complete! *Shot for going offtopic*

Fixed. I actually put that there on the Wiki because I tested this in a non-NiGHTS mode and found that that works. But I've found that pitch setting works differently when you actually set NiGHTS mode in the level header. It looks like it uses the flags 0-31, because some of the Bumpers in Slumber Circuit have the multiplayer flag set. But I'm not exactly sure how it works. I know how to make bumpers pitch upward, but not downward. I think I tried flag 31 and it didn't exactly work. Maybe one of them is flag 23? I'll have to just make a map setting it to NiGHTS and put bumpers with flags 0 through 31.
