Fixed Spectators can't see if the flag has been taken on the bottom right icons

Title is self-explanatory, but basically, if you're a spectator and someone has a flag, the flag icon (for example, the blue flag) doesn't show that the flag is taken. However, if the flag is dropped, the countdown for until the flag returns to the base does appear.
