While trying to nab my last Chaos Emerald, I ran into a laser pretty early on in the stage which resulted in my computer entirely freezing, so I unfortunately didn't get any error code. I checked my computer as well, and nothing else seemed out of the ordinary so I think it's reasonable to believe that it's an SRB2 bug rather than my computer just dying randomly.
