Fixed Special Stage 2 Toxic Plateau Glitch

So as the title says,i was Re-Playing the 2nd Special Stage (Trying to get the High Score Emblem ) And the time wasn't Enough for me to finish the stage ,i was so close but when the time is left sonic floated up (As everytime ) and this what happened (Stucked on the Liquid )
Stucked for 30sec , tried to Jump but it didn't work :D, then i restarted the Stage .
