Spam attacks on my server

Hello, I was hosting a server at 2:03 am it's a ctf server, dedicated as well. There was a spammer who rejoined several times and it flooded my server and crapped up the game. His name was hp_administrator then it renamed to something like ?????.

2 questions... on the server log how come I don't get peoples ip address logged so I can report them? Or ban them from ever connecting to my server. I can post a log file but I'm not sure what that is going to do. I can't ban him in time because he joins and spams right away and then rejoins...

I saw another srb2 reporting thread but that seemed more for reporting servers rather than players. If I have posted in the wrong section, I sincerely apologize.

He rejoins pretty fast so I think his node changes :?
Also to ban I write

for ie his node is node7
I'd write ban node7 right?

I repeat my reply to the last thread, but altered a tad.

I'm really getting sick of all these threads whining about hackers, spammers, idiots, etc. When will you people realise that we don't actually care? :(

Yes, we know that there are spammers and hackers. Just ban them off the server and be done with it.
