Weird, 'cus my assumption's the opposite- that being in super form would completely eliminate the Ring Burst's cost.

what bosses are you all most excited to try out with X Sonic?
My main thought would be "what, amongst X-Sonic's abilities (not counting stats naturally), COULD being super really buff?", and buffing Ring Burst by eliminating its cost is the only thing that makes sense to me.
