A bit of friendly advice, I think these would look a lot better with directional shading. They look really flat right now.
 
Thats The Whole Aspect Of It, Also Sorry I Couldn't Reply Or Update Earlier, Internet Was Out For A While.
 
While I Dont Have A Title Screen With Directional Shading, But I Have Something Else

Im Actually Working On A SRB2 Charecter Mod Called "Project Miles"
And Due To His Personality And Overall Design, Older Miles Had To Have Entirely New Sprites, I First Worked On A Charecter Select Menu Photo, As Well As A Censored One Removing Any And All Blood.

Not gonna lie, he a bit looks like a cyborg, if not just a robot. I kinda like the design, but he just looks sort of lanky. Maybe make the arms and legs thicker?
 
Yeah The Only Part That I Genuinely Cant Explain Is His Lanky Proportions, I Guess I Just Perfer Them
