Sonic Rush 3?

I was on a website called "http://sonic.wikia.com/wiki/Sonic_News_Network" and it talks about a Sonic game called "Sonic Rush 3" and I can't find anything about it anywhere except on that website. All I found out about it was:

1. Shadow replaces Tails as a supporter because Tails is a playable character.

2. Cream is playable.

3. Super Tails returns.

4. Super Knuckles returns.

And thats all I know. Can somebody tell me if they have any info?
