I don't think it's possible to make such thing without making further engine modifications, as version 2.0 is meant for Windows Vista/7 Computers due to it's DirectDraw Engine. You could hypothetically use an emulator like Winlator or Exagear, or even try that one crappy PSP port made around 2010 ~ 2011, but I personally don't have the skills to do so. Exagear is officialy unsupported and Winlator requires a phone that reaches high standards that pass over a 2013 Personal Computer.
Also, by the way, it says in the rules that you can't ask others for content related to mods or ports. Sorry pal, you need an emulator, a high end phone, or a PC.
