The guy is over at SoaH searching for models of specific characters at the moment. Here's the list of characters he's planning on putting in:
Sonic (ingame), Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, Espio, Rouge, Vector, E-102 Gamma (I asked him about it, and he's got the model for him. SHWEET!), E-123 Omega, and Charmy (I'm not totally sure about Charmy though.)

Vehicles:
Tornado X (ingame), Egg pod (ingame), Bigfoot from SA2 (ingame, but unanimated), and a few other things.
 
he also has super sonic ingame, and every model he has will be put in, cuz when you die, your randomly another character lol
 
Somewhat offtopic, but while looking at that forum, I found out that Sonic X just might be on JETIX from Toon Disney. Check out this picture:

JETIX Airs it here in Argentina, but with the WORST, But I mean WORSTEST OF THE WORST, Translations..
The voices are creepy, and the worst thing...
THEY TRANSLATED THEIR NAMES TO SPANISH!
Tails=Colas Cream=Crema and so on...
 
I know that these translations have also showed in Spain. It's not just a problem of Jetix, it's a problem of Sega.

Eggman=robotnik...?
 
Sorry, It wasn't JETIX who translated the voices and names...
It was Disney... Curse you, mickey mouse! curse you!
It's obvious that the name eggman came from the food, the egg.
Here, an egg is called huevo. So:
Dr. Eggman=Dr.Huevo
(Bueno, por suerte no lo llamaron Dr. Hombre Huevo.)
 
Heh, eso es chistoso. Pienso el nombre español para él es el mismo aunque.
 
noone understands spanish!! anyway, i know a little bit lol(4yrs of spanish and i learned one sentence)...mi espanol es mierda
anyway, that picture of supersonic up there is the old model..

First off, shut up. I hate bigotry like using "gay" as such. You, sir, are part of the problem.

Second off, Sonic X isn't on the FoxBox anymore, it's on... *shudder* 4KidsTV.

That flash would have been the best thing ever if it wasn't completely true.
 
The only 4kids mockup was the one from VGcats.

BTW, Arf, let me hear exactly how the cast is called in spanish, its hillarious.
