Sonic heroes secret menu

Hey when I first got sonic heroes I saw a secret menu its grey and it's named ??? I thought if I beat the final story I could access it but when I beat the final story it just said get all a rank and thats to hard to do so can somebody tell me what is inside the secret menu please.

Well team sonic is normal team dark is normal team rose is easy and team chaotix is hard so if all teams have there own difficulties then does super hard come with a new team?

There are no new teams.

As you can probably guess, the last level is a boss like in Sonic Adventure 2.

I've read FAQs on the internet and they say that there's a way to play 1P mode with metal skins, how do you do this?

Well, once you have all the emblems, the multiplayer-only "Metal" trick works in singleplayer.
