Sonic Game in the Making, Help Needed

Gotta say I'm a big fan of the loading screen and fluidity of the spindash animation. Everything else looks very basic, though.

I like the loading screen and the spindash animation, however, as stated in the description, the level art is awful. The wind that Sonic creates at that certain speed at around 1:19 in the video reminds me of Sonic FGX's wind and that sound effect you added on to it sounds nice.
