So... Yesterday a game was released by "company" Arcane Kids, who also did Bubsy 3D: Bubsy goes to the James Turrell retrospective, Sonic Dreams Collection. The backstory is that in 2013 they acquired a Sega Dreamcast Developer kit from Ebay. Which had 4 Sonic games that were never released. So they remade it into this. I know, I know.
