Wait, I have an AR (Action Replay) and SADX (Sonic Adventure DX: Dircetor's Cut) for GC (Game Cube), and when I added those codes it said they were for a different game. What other game and what does (PAL) mean?

PAL means from Europe. There are NTSC cheats, too. Just look for them in other places.

Damn, not here. (yes, that was a Shadow pun because it's Europe and not US and I an't get it. So, yeah.)

Buy a action replay, and add the codes. If you're living in Europe, use the PAL codes. If you're in America, use the NTCS codes. If you're living in Japan, which will be pretty rare on this board, use the Japan codes.
