Sonic Advance Glitch

I was grinding on a rail near the middle of the level and at the end of the rail, Sonic didn't jump, but he went through the ground and the loop. Then I went into a hidden wall and when I got out, I died. Has this happened to anyone else?

Actually, that glitch only happens with that one rail. I know, I've tried it with the others. And also, it is actually rare for that to happen, and there is no way to do it on purpose. It only happens by accident.

It actually works with multiple rails.

It's most common with the first levels.
