I found this evolution of the BlitzSonic engine while looking at Youtube videos.

Whoah! That looks awesome! The Mario one looks cool.Imagine going almost anywhere in any level like in real life.I wonder why people use the old version of Sonic for fangames.

Ha ha funny. I just KNOW that some admin/mod will come along and write in red, DON'T EVADE THE CURSE FILTER. Anyway, what's so "Oh ----" about it? The model is old school and rocks ass, the test level is decent, it supports slopes and OpenGL *eyes Sonic Team Jr*, and what else is wrong with it? You can make levels, import textures without heaps of fuss *eyes Sonic Team Jr* and create new character models if you really want to. What's so bad about it? Or are you just emphasizing your avatar in an attempt to get banned?

EDIT: Thanks for changing your post.

I tried to extract it, but when I did, all that was extracted was...the same file. (Damizean-Engine Test thing)

Is there a mirror or something for this that, maybe, might work?

Even if this has the physics working greatly, this still is pretty empty and incomplete. There are no enemies, no Spin Dash, and no objects.

There is too a spindash. It's pretty good, too. Hold RMB, then hold LMB. Then release both.

O.O Spindash!

I tried to extract it, but when I did, all that was extracted was...the same file. (Damizean-Engine Test thing)

Ok... I'll upload mine. It includes a beta of my level.

Gee, thanks.=<

Well, I can't comment on this then. Since I don't have it

I'm kidding d00d. It probably is that everyone is to lazy, or doesn't know the answer.

Thanks. It's people like you I thank. People who give me links so I can play it and stuff easier.
EDIT: Oh, sorry about that.
EDIT2: How long does it take to upload a file? I literally don't know. I think this topic's already dead...

It was never canceled. It has been temporarily put on hold until Damizean ports the Blitz3D code into the Blitz SDK for C++ (for flexibility).

I have screens of a few test maps I made (complete with light maps):

The above were built using 3D World Studio, a Constructive Solid Geometry (or, most commonly known as BSP) modeler with a built-in light mapper.
