Adds a variety of features from Sonic 1 (8 bit). Namely:
Only a single ring is dropped when one takes damage. Said ring cannot be collected and disappears upon touching the ground.

take into account that this mod is made ENTIRELY WITHOUT graphics. its entirely lua. its code and nothing else. and honestly, im suprised! this is amazing quality!
