Something is wrong with my launcher

Okay, so I add a WAD in the launcher, I open up the game, go to the character selection screen...and the character isn't there. The WADS I am trying to load are the Trackmobile V2, and the Eggman Soldier. I close the launcher...then I open it up again, same problem.

Those WADs might not be configured for the selection screen.

Type devmode in the consol then push escape to get the menue, then set up your character like you would in multiplayer.

Are you sure those are characters?

Ir says "eggman-soldier.wad".

Ir says "eggman-soldier.wad".

That wad replaces the first boss's sprites.
