I typed in "listserv" before that, and then attempted to add the WAD for some testing, it firstly told me that the wad couldn't be found, which it shouldn't do on the title screen, and then this happened.
Nothing happened between the first attempts of adding the wad, not even the usual "freeze" the game has when you attempt to add something.

I don't know if this is really a glitch tough =/

Can you reproduce the error, or is this a thing you only encountered once?

It happened just once, I wasn't able to reproduce it, but it prevented me from adding any WAD file. I had to restart the game.

Maybe the wad in /wads folder is encountering the problem...
Try to cut and paste the wad file in the SRB2 folder.

Sorry for the bump, but...

This is actually very weird.
Same circunstances, I mispicked search servers (internet), hit esc, figured out I forgot to add the file I wanted to test... and this.

Can't seem to reproduce that scenario myself, are there any other details of what you were doing we should know?

All I did was just clicking "search game (internet)" hitting esc the second I made it, opening console to add the file and this.
This is also maybe an isolated case, as I didn't see anyone having this issue.

This time the game crashed afterwards. Was playing SF94.
