some sprites for a wad i'm working on

i am trying to make it anyways

now all i need is sum1 to tell me how to put the wad together when i'm done with the sprites

face =not done yet
facename = not done yet...
ability = 1
normalspeed = 35
thrustfactor = 3
accelstart = 45
acceleration = 50
spin = 1
startcolor = um idk what default is XD
jumpheight = 100
boxindex = none
highres = derr size of sonic and normal players figurring it out
runspeed = none stays same walkin animation at all speeds XD
 
i cant even recolor all i haves ms paint gues what i used to make those...

i realy need to know how to put it together and i cant figure that out...

EDIT: added statistic thingys...

Paint isn't exactly a weak tool. There are many ways to make something look good using that.

And honestly, this is poor. I mean, it's a blue circle, with stick legs. Please consider doing something better.

but yeah me = need to be able to put this together.... even if you guys dont like it.


EDIT: ok I'm begining to put things together on XWE

for the a2 and stuff frames I just name them that and will it atomaticaly play them

EDIT2: I took some screen shots if anybody can tell me what I'm doing wrong or am I doing things right

If it is not done yet do not type that just leave it blank.
The solid black error I have had, and here is the solution: you are missing some xwe files. I do not know if you only downloaded the beta and not the original, but I did this and the same error came up. To fix download this http://www.sepwich.com/hotdog/stars/index.php?title=XWE
Put it in same file, however do not overwrite anything when unzipping of installing.
You also seem to not have a taunt yet, so do not put DSTAUNT = DSVGM1.
Also you will need before that a line saying oldsound = newsound, and convert the sound file you import to doom wave under Wave-save as doomwave.
 
no. To convert to doomwave at the top of XWE click Wave>Save (as doom wave).
Also is the wave 8 bit?

I made this from scratch on MS Paint and i swear the shading looks a bit too 3D.

I know all the PLAYA1 etc...

just in xwe do I name the entrys that to make them work?

Yep, only problem is that there's two A and B's, the Stand and wait1 animation must be capital. check STARS to find out how to make the Caps small.

it's not hard :)

in XWE go view>options>don't autocapitalize lumpnames

just make sure you keep caps lock on for the others ;o

Well I started it

I'm a little worried about transparency though. cus when I import it into xwe its got a light blue backround in the image file and it blends in with the bacround of xwe. So I cant tell will it ato tranparency anything thats light blue?
