She absorbed Iblis into another dimension! She's not dead and they blew out the Flames of Disaster, so she never even absorbed Iblis!

SPOILERS(Don't look if you don't want it ruined, but you probably don't care since the game was crap):

At the end, after Sonic was brought back by the chaos emeralds, Sonic and Elise went back to a flashback (I think) after using silver's ability to bend time and space. They were in a memory of the flames of disaster, and well, Elise blew it out like a candle. yes, it was very dumb. but that caused the events to never happen, since when she blew it out, she altered the past so that she couldn't have been sealed with the Flames of disaster and wouldn't have it sealed with her.

Yes, that's dumb. but that caused blaze to not die.
