What source code?
The one for the soc is "/scr" and the one for SRB2win.exe is /scr/win32/ and open srb2win.dev

The Source Code comes with SRB2.SRB2Scr1094.After...In the SOC editor thing...Point to the folder that you made when you did the SRB2Scr1094 thing and point to scr(I did:SRB2 1.09.04a--->SRB2 Source Code--->scr)And Donovan...He is talking about the SOC Editor,Not SRB2win.exe

The directory is called src, which stands for source.
The WinRAR sfx is SRB2Src1094.exe.
