Is it possable to make an object that pulls enemys into it?

I need it for my Kirby wad's Spin Item (KIRBA1 is my avatar)

But somehow the move had to be added, right? There goes the SOC :P Through he asked about just enemies, not any kind of object.

The SOC just moved things around. He means it goes to the player, not around them.

There were two different wads, one wad allowed you to move objects around with a cross-hair, the other one I have pulls all rings and enemies toward the player while pressing spindash.

There were many different versions. I can think of three off the top of my head.

One that moved all enemies to Point 0-0 on the map.
One that dragged all nearby enemies towards you as if they were rings and you had a magnetic shield.
And one that can hold up pushable objects.

You'd be wanting the second one, but good luck getting Draykon to let you.
