So uh im trying to make a mod for srb2 but im on android

You can use exagear but this might be unstable. So your only option is to buy a laptop (a low end one is still capable at modding) or borrow one from a friend or someone you know. Or you can just use the computers at your school/library.

You can make a few type of mods on your phone!
Characters and general lua mods are gonna be your best bet on modding on a phone. Mapping is impossible. So is making models and putting them in srb2

Well I can't answer your question, but the closest thing to mod on the phone for me is editing a lua file
