So I keep having this error

So, apparently After I came back from my step-mom's house I wanted to play SRB2 but it gave me this message

so I had to uninstall it
so when I installed it back I tried loading it up but got this

I did a tutorial on youtube but it didn't work does anybody know how to fix this?

You probably exited the installation, judging by what it said. Maybe reinstall it again but DON'T exit the installation. Or you could've sent the crash file or something.

I didn't exit out of the installer when I open it gives me the same thing even when I install it
